LINE2design, Inc. Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

This limited lifetime manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following products:

  • SKU: 70002-Y
  • SKU: 70007-Y
  • SKU: 70015-Y 
  • SKU: 70008-R-BAT 
  • SKU: 70019-Y-BAT 

The limited lifetime manufacturer warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product.  This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the product.

Original purchaser must have original sales order number and proof of purchase.

What is not Covered

  1. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
  2. This limited lifetime warranty excludes batteries, battery chargers, keys, tracks, and cables.
  3. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage to the evacuation stair chairs due to normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, exposure to weather, or improper storage.
