LINE2EMS processes orders within 24-48 hours of purchase Monday through Friday. Products are shipped from our warehouse in Utah and typically take 3-7 days to arrive. The transit time will depend on what
state you are in.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email
submitted on LINE2EMS upon your purchase. This will include all the
shipping details for your purchase. If you did not receive the tracking
number, please check your spam folder.
LINE2EMS offers free shipping in the continental USA. You may pay for our express shipping options listed at the checkout if you need the product sooner.

Orders under one pound typically ship by United States Postal Service. Orders over one pound typically ship by FedEx Ground. LINE2EMS also offers expedited FedEx shipping options on the checkout page. Make sure to enter your address and zip code to see express rate options.
No, we do not have a storefront or offer demos. We do have videos on YouTube demonstrating several products. You can find these videos by searching LINE2design. Many of our products also have specification sheets available for download.
