Three plus years with proper care. Turning off the chair completely when not in use or in storage will help preserve the battery. When storing for extended periods of time, periodically check it and turn it on, treat it like a car battery.

Each stair chair comes fully assembled and ready to go. All you need to do is unfold the chair once it is out of the box. The motorized chairs require charging the battery with the included battery charger prior to use.

The differences between red battery chair and yellow battery chair are listed in the
details section highlighted in red. The main difference is the load limit on the red battery chairs is 440lbs and the yellow battery chair is 400 lbs. The red battery chair has larger 10-inch rear wheels and 5-inch front wheels to provide better transportation over
rougher surfaces. In addition, the tubular frame is slightly thicker providing more
